Does someone have a recipe for chocolate buttercream frosting using cocoa powder instead of melted cooled chocolate? Thanks!
YES! I JUST made it! I love this recipe and everyone LOVES it. SUper Easy to make:
1 stick softened butter
2/3 cup cocoa powder
3 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Mix all dry ingredients together with spoon, stir in softened butter and vanilla. Using electric mixer, mix on low drizzle in milk slowly. Beat on high until smooth and creamy about 2 minutes.
